Great experience taking a half-day snowboard lesson with Patrick. The booking process was very easy with good communication even though I waited until the day before to book. He met me on time at the resort I wanted to ride. I’m a moderately advanced rider and wanted to build confidence on some steeper terrain and tree riding. Patrick gave me some great pointers and allowed me ample time to practice without overloading me with information. Had two days of private lessons with Frontier. It was a great experience snowboarding for the first time with our instructor Patrick, who was super patient and accomodating (took great photos too!). Lily our instructor is a LEGEND, as a group of 6 first timers. She was so patient and helpful, by the end of the 3hr private session we were all on the green slops with confidence of the basics. Honestly recommend her to everyone, so much knowledge and experience.

I can't recommend them enough! I feel so lucky to have found such an amazing instructor, Ilse. I'm one of those who have ski for a long time, but on and off over the years with a once a year ski trip. This means I can get my way around all the groomed slopes with good fun, but not always if terrain changes wildly or with style and good form. One lesson with Ilse had her immediately assess some areas to work on, breaking things down into different steps, helping me to understand more about skiing efficiently by letting my skis do the work. I was really keen to get some drills so I can keep practicing working on my form, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations with those. She was able to explain why for certain things and make things fit logically, and if I wasn't understanding something or able to do it, she would look for another way or approach for me to try and understand. She was kind and patient, able to tell me what I was doing well, but really shifted me on to a whole new path of being able to tackle my skiing with more confidence and show me more room to grow, exactly what I wanted. Martin was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp, understanding, flexible and helping me find lessons to fit in my time on the slopes. I immediately booked more lessons. By far the best instructor experience I've had in 30+ years of skiing. Waaay better than other intermediate ski instructors who have just told me to lean forward more.

We had a great experience with the team at Frontier.  Great communication from them while we were planning our trip including asking detailed questions about my daughter's experience to ensure they scheduled the right instructor to be available for her. The private lesson was excellent with the instructor endearing herself to my daughter right away. The group lesson was small and I was impressed at the level of advancement the instructor achieved with my daughter in a short amount of time. Another 5 stars to Martin and his team for a fantastic skiing experience.  Our daughter's skills and confidence improved thanks to the instruction, care, and kindness of the lovely coaches.  We are truly grateful and will be back again next year!!
